Genomic and serological surveillance of multiple viruses/bacteria circulating in Vietnam.
Research interests cover a wide range of infectious diseases, including dengue fever, influenza, zoonotic diseases (bat- and rat-derived infectious diseases), coronavirus disease (COVID-19), and antimicrobial-resistant bacteria, all aimed at preventing infectious diseases. Genomic and serological surveillance of viruses using humans, and animals coupled with comprehensive environmental monitoring, provides critical insights into the current infectious disease with findings shared with public health authorities.

What are your hobbies?

I love going camping with family and friends in the weekends. During the summer, I enjoy swimming and hiking, while my favourite activity in the winter is snowboarding.
